Exciting Updates on our Construction Progress

Great news for all our garage condo owners and Drivers Club members! We're excited to announce that construction is running smoothly and we're making the necessary preparations to begin land grading. This means we're one step closer to delivering garage condos and providing access to the private driving circuit to our Drivers Club members.
As you may know, the private driving circuit is the cornerstone of Motorsports Gateway Howell. It's designed to give you the ultimate driving experience in a safe and controlled environment. We're thrilled to say that our Drivers Club members will soon have access to this incredible track, which will be exclusively reserved for our members and their guests.
Our team has been working hard to ensure that every aspect of the track is built to the highest standards. From the surface of the track to safety measures, everything is being constructed with precision and care. Our goal is to provide you with a track that's not only thrilling but also safe and secure.
In addition to the private driving circuit, we're making strong progress on the construction of the garage condos. We understand that many of you have been eagerly anticipating the completion of these condos, and we're pleased to report that the necessary preparations for their erection are in progress.
We want to thank all of our garage condo owners and Drivers Club members for your patience and support during this construction phase. We understand that the wait can be frustrating, but we're working tirelessly to deliver the best possible experience for all of you.
