The Motorsports Gateway Howell Drivers Club is a private automotive enthusiast organization. Drivers Club members gain access to our private circuit and off-track amenities like the Pit Lane Clubhouse.

Drivers Club Memberships include an initiation charge and annual dues. These fees vary with membership availability. For the latest pricing information, please contact our Sales Team.

No, Drivers Club Memberships are non-equity. However, members are allowed to sell their membership at market rate. Members benefit from this option because the initiation charge for a Drivers Club Membership increases as availability decreases. Members are given the autonomy to determine the price of their membership, if they choose to sell to another party.

The Motorsports Gateway Howell Drivers Club is only offering 150 memberships at this time. The projected maximum is 400 memberships.

The Drivers Club offers Individual and Corporate Memberships. Corporate Memberships are perfect for race teams, car clubs, or businesses. Individual Memberships are a great fit for enthusiasts who want to enjoy the track with friends and family.

The South Circuit is 1.7 miles long. The full circuit (North & South Circuits) has a projected minimum length of 2.5 miles. There is a possibility for additional extension.

Our private driving circuit follows FIA grade safety standards. The circuit stretches an impressive 40-feet wide, has generous paved runoff, and extensive braking zones to aid in driver safety and protecting drivers' vehicles.

Ride along events are scheduled to be available for Members on the South Circuit in fall of 2024. Independent driving is on schedule to be available in the summer of 2025.

The North Circuit is scheduled to be ready for operation by the summer of 2025.

Our priority is to provide as many track days as possible for our membership, as weather and daylight hours permit. We project that the South Circuit will be available to Drivers Club members a minimum of 120 days annually.

The South Circuit is reserved for members and member events only. The North Circuit can be reserved for exclusive public events and organizations within the Automotive Innovation Park.

Approximately 20 vehicles can be on-track per session, depending on the session or event.

Yes, hours are defined by the seasonal change in sunlight and weather conditions. Typical hours during peak season will range from 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM.

Yes, all vehicles will require inspection before driving on our private circuit to enforce vehicle safety and compliance with track rules.

Yes, the drive-by noise limit for our private circuit is 108db. The circuit is equipped with a sound marshaling system for enforcement. This technology is common for professional driving circuits (e.g. Silverstone Circuit).

You do not have to be a garage condo owner to utilize the track. However, you must be a Drivers Club Member. Drivers Club Memberships are sold separately from garage condos.

Yes. We are committed to your development as a driver, which is why every membership includes group driver instruction. Private instruction is also available at additional cost.

Yes, sessions are organized by vehicle type and driver experience level.

Sessions are organized by vehicle type ranging from street spec, race spec, prototype/formula, and motorcycle.

Annual dues are invoiced at the end of every year/race season. Dues are prorated for members who join mid-season.

A variety of competitive membership events are scheduled, including Time Attacks and a Club Championship series, consisting of several annual Grand Prix events.

Yes, garage condo owners can utilize their unit(s) for overnight stays. Garage condo units are not permitted as permanent residences.
