Construction Update: Progress in the 2024 Michigan Construction Season

Greetings from Motorsports Gateway Howell! We are thrilled to share the latest progress updates from the ongoing construction of our automotive district. With the first part of the 2024 Michigan Construction Season well underway, we are proud to report significant advancements across various aspects of the project.
Track Progress
The finish grading and subbase compaction for our private driving circuit is nearing completion, marking a major milestone in our journey towards providing a premier racing experience. We remain on target for our timeline, with the track still set for a soft open this summer. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that every aspect of the track meets the highest standards of quality and safety, promising an exhilarating experience for our future Drivers Club members.
Garage Condo Developments
Grading for additional garage condo buildings is progressing smoothly, allowing us to complete the pads for the remaining structures. Building 7 is already going vertical, with structural beams in place and enclosure scheduled to begin the week of June 10th. We are excited to announce that keys to the condos are expected to be delivered by the end of the first quarter of 2025, allowing owners to soon enjoy their exclusive automotive spaces.
Garage Condo Interiors
As we progress with construction, we are preparing to provide garage condo owners with the opportunity to start designing their unit interiors. Our pre-approved interior designs will enable owners to personalize their spaces according to their preferences, allowing them the opportunity to walk into a finished unit when they receive their keys.
Detention Basins and Storm Water Structures
We are pleased to report that the detention basins have been finish graded, and permanent storm water structures are being staged onsite for installation during the first week of June. These essential infrastructure elements are crucial for ensuring the long-term sustainability and environmental responsibility of our facility.
