  • The Motorsports Gateway Howell Drivers Club is a membership-based community for automotive enthusiasts. Members gain access to our performance-focused driving circuit and a range of on- and off-track experiences designed to support driver development.

  • Membership includes an initiation fee and annual dues. Pricing varies based on membership type and availability. For current pricing and availability, please contact our Sales Team.

  • No. Drivers Club Memberships are non-equity.

  • Yes. Guest passes are available and subject to Club policies and availability.

  • The South Circuit is approximately 1.7 miles. The full circuit (North and South combined) is projected to exceed 2.5 miles upon completion.

  • Our private circuit is designed to meet FIA-grade safety standards and is engineered for both performance and safety.

    Key features include:

    • Approximately 40-foot-wide track surface

    • Generous paved runoff areas

    • Extended braking zones to support driver control and vehicle protection

  • Members have access to the track during operating hours throughout the Michigan driving season. Our goal is to maximize available track time and provide consistent opportunities for seat time during the season.

  • The South Circuit is reserved for member use and member-hosted events. The North Circuit may be available for select public or private events, depending on scheduling and availability.

  • Sessions are structured for safety and experience, typically accommodating up to approximately 20 vehicles per session, depending on session type.

  • All experience levels are welcome. Sessions are organized by driver experience (Novice, Intermediate, and Advanced) to ensure a safe and productive environment for everyone.

  • Operating hours vary based on seasonal daylight and weather conditions. Typical peak-season hours are approximately 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

  • Yes. All vehicles must pass a technical inspection prior to on-track participation to ensure safety and compliance with Club standards.

  • Yes. The circuit operates with a drive-by noise limit of 108 dB. A sound monitoring system is in place to ensure compliance, similar to systems used at professional circuits such as Silverstone Circuit.

  • No. Garage condo ownership is not required. Access to the track is provided through Drivers Club Membership, which is separate from garage condo ownership.

  • Yes. Driver development is a core part of the Club experience. All memberships include group instruction, with private coaching available for an additional fee.

  • Yes. Motorcycle sessions are available and organized separately to ensure safety and proper session structure.

  • Sessions are organized by vehicle type and performance level, including:

    • Street vehicles

    • Race-prepared vehicles

    • Prototype and formula cars

    • Motorcycles

  • The Club hosts a variety of competitive events, including:

    • Time Attack events

    • Seasonal Club Championship series

    • Grand Prix-style events throughout the year

  • Membership extends beyond the track and is designed to support a full motorsports lifestyle.

    Amenities include:

    • Group driver instruction

    • Access to performance vehicle experiences (Arrive & Drive)
