Garage Condos Pricing Update

For those seeking the pinnacle of automotive luxury with our Garage Condos, these pricing updates reflect the growing demand and exceptional features that define our offerings:

• Interior Unit Pricing: The price for an Interior unit will increase from $429,440 to $493,860.

• End Unit Pricing: End units will see a pricing adjustment from $439,940 to $505,930.

These pricing changes will take effect on October 16th, 2023, so this is the perfect time to secure your spot in our luxury automotive community.

Drivers Club Membership Initiation Fee Update

For those eager to join our exclusive Drivers Club, we're increasing the initiation fee to align with the exceptional benefits and privileges it brings:

• Individual Drivers Club Membership: The initiation fee for an Individual Drivers Club Membership will increase from $35,000 to $40,250.

This change will be implemented on October 23rd, 2023, so there's no better moment to become a part of our automotive community.
