As summer progresses, we are thrilled to share the significant advancements made at Motorsports Gateway Howell. Each day brings us closer to realizing our vision of creating a world-class automotive district that blends luxury, performance, and community. This month has been particularly transformative, with substantial progress on the track, infrastructure, and garage condo developments.

Preparing for Paving the South Circuit
The South Circuit continues to take shape with impressive momentum. We’ve made substantial headway in the placement and compaction of the subbase, with only turns 6 and 7 left to complete. The installation of the edge drain system has been finalized, marking another key milestone in ensuring the circuit’s durability and performance. Now that these critical components are in place, our partners at AJAX are gearing up to commence the paving process—a major step that will truly bring the track to life. In parallel, finish grading for runoff areas has been completed, and preparations for seeding are underway, ensuring that the track and its surroundings are as safe and visually appealing as possible.

Infrastructure Progress
Behind the scenes, our infrastructure teams have been working diligently to lay the groundwork for seamless operations. The installation of utility conduits and casings beneath the track has been successfully completed, ensuring that all necessary utilities are securely in place. Additionally, we have completed soil stabilization work on the three primary stormwater detention basins, crucial for effective water management and environmental protection. Temporary grid power has also been established, providing the energy needed to power ongoing construction and support the rapid pace of development.

Garage Condo Developments
The vision of our luxury garage condos is fast becoming a reality. We are pleased to report that the pads for Buildings 1, 2, and 8 have been completed, while work on the pad for Building 3 is currently in progress. Building 7 is prepared to move forward with the installation of trim and full enclosure, including the addition of windows and garage doors. Looking ahead, materials for Buildings 1 and 2 have been ordered and are expected to arrive on-site in September, paving the way for the next phase of construction.
